The D363H/W series butt welded butterfly valve is based on advanced foreign technology introduced by our factory, using precision J-shaped elastic sealing rings and three eccentric multi-level metal hard sealing structures. It is widely used in industrial pipelines such as metallurgy, power, petrochemicals, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction where the medium temperature is ≤ 425 ℃, for regulating flow and carrying fluids. The valve adopts a three eccentric structure, and the valve seat and disc sealing surface are made of different hardness and stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and long service life. This valve has a two-way sealing function and the product meets the national GB/T13927-92 valve pressure test standard.Product Features

Working principle
The welded butterfly valve has a simple structure, small volume, and light weight, and is composed of only a few parts. And it can be quickly opened and closed by simply rotating 90 °, with simple operation, and the valve has good fluid control characteristics. When the butterfly valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the only resistance for the medium to flow through the valve body. Therefore, the pressure drop generated by this valve is very small, and it has good flow control characteristics. Butterfly valves have two sealing types: elastic sealing and metal sealing. Elastic sealing valve, the sealing ring can be embedded on the valve body or attached around the butterfly plate.
